New Orleans Appraisal Can Appraisal Values Be Disputed In Regard To Second Mortgages?

Can appraisal values be disputed in regard to second mortgages? - new orleans appraisal

I bought an old house in a poor area about 75 K. Since then inflated the real estate market (New Orleans) and the neighborhood has improved.
I recently asked a lender to see how you could get a loan, and said that not long valued the house is about 80K.
The funny thing is that the house behind me is an exact replica of the house where I live, has sold one years after the mines 150K!
Can we please discuss this with the lender, otherwise I would have a different kind of evaluation?

You can talk, but not likely to change if you get a different rating. The lenders have been generally used in a group of experts. You can try to another lender.

More than likely, you have to find a new lender. Most lenders have not only an assessment of the 2nd, especially not get nearly double the original.

And you should think about funding both in the case of the $ 80K actually more cautious.
