I have a Persian rug, red and black and brown tables, ornaments and red and dark red coffee table and an entertainment center .... I like the red, would be a good wall color?

I would recommend to go with neutral colors for most of its walls white, gray or beige. A wall decoration can really help the space "pop" and make it look like a larger space. In a strong accent color on a wall. Consider a beautiful red-brown remove with a deep color, the furniture and the rest of the room. Good luck!
